75th Anniversary Bonfire Shoot

Our 75th Anniversary this year was celebrated with a bonfire and handicap competition shoot along with fireworks and a BBQ.

We had a well attended event filled with lots of first-time shooters, all of whom were excited to try shooting again following their shoots. The levels of enthusiasm were a joy to be around and are really encouraging for our sport to see people who were apprehensive about having a go get so involved.

We ran two competitions side by side, one for members shot to the McCrae handicap, and a straight shoot for non-members/guests.

A big thank you to all the members who came down and made this possible, especially to those who gave their time and didn't even get to shoot or stay for the festivities.

Also a big thank you to Kevin for supplying the wood for the bonfire.
