History - 2020-Present

The fact that Dudley Rifle Club is still in existance after 82 years is a tribute to its members who continue to support the Club through difficult times as well as good times. With the same attitude and dedication, the Club will continue to go from strength to strength.

We look forward to welcoming members old and new to our club and make the next decade one to remember!

Covid at the start of 2020 affected the club like it did with every other club throughout the country - our committee did their utmost to keep us going as long as possible into lockdown and again out of lockdown as quickly as possible. PPE was provided and shielding was put up on the range to allow for safe distancing and allowing our members to continue the sport they love.

More upgrades to the range have been underway with a new rubber roof along with an entirely new ventilation system.

More works and upgrades are planned and the membership are making strides into building up momentum in existing and new disciplines.

2024 saw the club celebrate it's 80th year, in which the club celebrated with a bonfire event with barbecue and fireworks, which may have been the biggest one yet, certainly the first that the fire brigade were in attendance!
